- Government-issued identification, security licenses, insurance certificates, and other professional credentials (for Contractors)
- Service descriptions, special instructions, and location details (for service requests)
- Communications with ESD support or through Platform messaging

When you use the Platform, we automatically collect certain technical information, including:
- IP address and approximate geographic location
- Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers
- Pages visited, links clicked, and time spent on the Platform

- Track and attribute referral activity and calculate commissions
- Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity
- Analyze usage trends and improve Platform functionality
3. Legal Basis for Processing (Where Applicable)

- Contractors: We share relevant customer information (name, service location, contact information, service details) with Contractors assigned to fulfill service requests.
- Customers: We share relevant Contractor profile information (name, credentials, photo) with Customers in connection with service fulfillment.
- Service Providers: We share information with trusted third-party vendors who provide services on our behalf, including payment processing, cloud hosting, analytics, background check services, and identity verification. These vendors are contractually obligated to use your data only as directed by ESD.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose information to law enforcement, regulators, or courts when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ESD, our users, or the public.
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

Government-issued identification, security licenses, insurance certificates, and other sensitive Contractor documents are stored in a restricted-access environment. Access is limited to authorized ESD personnel with a legitimate business need. These documents are not publicly accessible and are not shared with customers. All sensitive documents are stored using industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to authenticate users, remember preferences, analyze traffic, and improve the Platform. You may control cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling cookies may affect Platform functionality. We use the following types of cookies:

Account information is retained for the duration of your account and for a period of seven (7) years following account closure for legal and financial record-keeping purposes. Contractor credential documents are retained for five (5) years following the end of the contractor relationship. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time, subject to our legal retention obligations.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access and receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
